Overview:

ACS Professional Staffing is looking for an employee to work on-site with our client. The Senior Recruiter will support the recruitment of IT, Engineering, and Shared Services positions within a corporate environment. This role will recruit, build future pipelines, and work toward providing a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates. This full-time position is located at Portland, OR.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides Full cycle recruiting and sourcing support
  • Ensures policy and procedural, and legal and regulatory compliance during recruitment process
  • Provides managers with recruiting expertise, coaching, and guidance during selection process
  •  Develops sourcing strategies to meet client needs
  • Uses digital and traditional sourcing practices to build critical position talent pipelines
  • Contributes to branding initiatives in the employment market
  • Anticipates managerial needs and develops solutions, within existing guidelines
  • Identifies appropriate recruitment channels and new sourcing platforms
  • Fosters candidate diversity through professional organizations relationships

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience
  • Strong diversity recruiting experience in IT and Engineering
  • Strong sourcing foundation and in house experience
  • Agency/high volume customer service, and seasonal recruiting experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and practices is a plus
  •  Work sponsorship not available at this time. No third-party candidates considered for this position
